Spending plays a crucial role in the economy, creating jobs and opportunities, especially in the service sector. Wealth can alleviate economic anxiety, but beyond that, it offers diminishing returns in terms of happiness. True fulfillment stems from relationships rather than material accumulation, as significant increases in wealth do not equate to greater happiness.
